Students in Mrs. Mowery’s science class we’re practicing the mark-recapture method in class today. This method is used by scientists to determine if groups of animals are becoming too overbearing or endangered.

Allison Woodruff placed 3rd at the district cross country meet with a time of 19:37 and will run in the regional meet at Tiffin on Saturday.
Annalese Woodruff and Marissa Bonham ran in the OHSAA Junior High Cross Country Invitational and Annalese placed 1st in a time of 12:19 and Marissa was 2nd with a time of 12:27 in their race! The Falcons sweep the top 2 spots!!
Our class recently read "Flowers for Algernon" in 8th grade reading. After reading the story, we made our own inkblot tests and analyzed each other's because the main character, Charlie Gordon, was administered inkblot tests and he didn't understand them. It was a great connection to the story!
